LOS ANGELES - December 5, 2007 - The Dax Foundation, a private, non-profit, philanthropic foundation based in Los Angeles, announced today that it has awarded an educational grant to Lugo Elementary, a K-6 school in the Lynwood Unified School District in Lynwood, California.
