Tell us where your child is stuck

About a dozen short questions. Nothing on this page is saved or sent anywhere. At the end you get a short note to copy and send to Jason. That note is everything he gets. Please leave out names, schools, towns and health details.

The learner (your child)

A nickname or a made-up name, not their real name. Leave it empty and the page just says "you".

The more exact the better. Example: "adding fractions with different bottom numbers".

Example: "1/2 + 1/3 = 2/5". This tells us more than anything else.

This is what the page gets built through. Example: "Minecraft, horses, hockey cards".

A game, a sport, a show, a skill. On their page they get to teach you this.

How do they learn best?

Describe what you see, not a diagnosis. Example: "gives up after two misses".

Where will they use their page?

You (the guide)

There's no wrong answer. Your page is written for where you are.

How do you like things explained?

Country, or province or state. No town. We use it for local examples (loonies or quarters, hockey or baseball).
